PPPL being equipped with a modern and State-of-the-art injection moulding shop is into manufacturing of high precision engineering plastic and PVC moulded components. PPPL is also manufacturing components with various process like injection, insert moulding and over moulding.  

Having multiple vertical & horizontal Machines ranging from 45T to 900T, it can cater to an extensive range of component sizes and process various polymers like PP, ABS, Nylon, Nylon 66 + GF, POM, PMMA, PC, PVC, HDPE etc. These machines deliver rapid cycle time, superior repeatability and optimized energy consumption.  

In its passion to excel and serve the customer product at par with global standards, PPPL has also equipped its servo machines with robotics, Poka Yoke and Automation.
