Ashok Chandak is an advisor to Polyrub Plastics from which he retired as ED, Business Development. A Mechanical Engineer with an Honours degree from BITS Pilani, Ashok has over 45 years of in-depth experience having worked with the Varroc Group, Ukay Metal Industries, SRF Group and others. Besides business development, distribution management and setting up exports networks, his competencies include corporate strategy, market intelligence, business tie-ups and CRM with profitability accountability. In his career spanning close to 40 years, he has demonstrated proficiency in developing and streamlining systems with proven abilities to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within cost, time and quality parameters.

Subodh Korde is a well-known Lean Manufacturing coach. He was earlier MD, Mubea India. Subodh has a Bachelor’s in Electrical engineering from the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune. Subodh also has a diploma in Finance and has attended the Advanced Leadership and Management Program, University of Oxford.
