Senior Engineer- Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of IATF 16949 :2016 ISO 9001:2015, Customer audit documents and executions
• Preparing QMS manual procedures, process manuals and work instruction of all processes.
• Execution of internal quality audit, PPAP audit, system audit process audit, product audit.
• Finding the gaps between existing system and required system.
• Handling certifications/surveillance ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 audits.
• Preparing supporting documents of customer audit as per the check seet given by customer.
• Management information reports weekly, monthly, daily
• Responsible for quality management system and customer system audits
• Lead all quality management system implementation into all departments and ensure its ongoing efficiency.
• Monitored each departmental KPI monthly basis to ensure the advance to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Responsible for CAPA submission for the raised NCs by Auditor in Certification and Surveillance audit.
• Responsible for conducting regular internal audits, QMS Audit, EHS audit, process, audit to maintain and improve the system.
• Must have hands on auditing experience of VSA.
